Is this Triumph a good deal

Looking to buy the below 2000 Triumph Legend TT with 12k miles. Asking price is $3100 and I'm checking it out this week.

Just looking to get some advice if people think it's a good deal before I go check out what condition it's in. Anything helps!

I paid $3000 for my Legend with 17,000 miles on it 10 years ago. It was 100% stock. $3100 is kind of high, but it's pretty low mileage. I have 70,000 on mine now.

The center stand is a plus. Lack of a rear fender of any kind would be an issue for me.

If it's been maintained, it should be reliable for many miles.
