ISO: Slow Throttle Rate Throttle, something like 2:1

This is im sure odd, but Im looking for a SLOW throttle rate throttle. So, think I want to have to turn the throttle more for the same pull. Ive seen the motion pro variable throttle, but I think that it really only speeds up the throttle pull, not lower it. Obviously with a normal throttle it cant become less than 1:1 because the cable has to wrap around the bar, which is the same diameter at the grip. So, maybe some sort of secondary box that changes the ratio. Cant find anything out there, seeing if anyone has any ideas.

Its generally backwards I know.. Use case here is im pushing 10+ Hp with a lightened flywheel in my 'racing minibike'. With those carbs 1/4 throttle pull is WOT and its a torque monster, so its almost impossible not to just spin out all the time.

Next option is to swap a mikuni carb onto it, but thats more than im wanting to put into it.

do the carb swap! probably be a lot easier to get the outcome you are looking for without a bunch of wasted time
