jetting bandit 1200 carbs

Looking to jet bandit 1200 carbs for a KZ1000.

37.5 pilots were in them factory. I removed them and added the #40's from my bs34's and installed them in the 1200 carbs. I also moved my mains over as well which are 147.5's. This setup worked very well with pod filters. But the BS34's got to the point of needing to be completely torn down and re-sealed.

What jetting would you start with for running pods?

Also these 1200 carbs have an "Air jet" on them.. Not to sure on what to set that at?

Got the carbs synced up and it sounds good but I have the air screws out 5 or so turns and that is with 40 pilots. Next size I can find is 42.5's Would these rectify that?

Nope, as these are air-screws. Stock 37.5s are fine, mains down to 135, air-screws to 1.5 turns out and you should be sailing.

I put the factory 37.5's in and I couldnt get anywhere with them. put the 40's in and have them about 4 turns out. No bog when I hit the throttle.
