Just broke free oil plug that had been seized for 29 years...

1971 CB350 K3
Yesterday I bought a bike jack and an impact wrench and I just broke free the oil plug on my k3 cb350.

When I bought it from the old cuban man in Miami, he said it had been seized up since about 84...

No more draining the oil from the alternator for me!

Totally have a boner now.

Happy Sunday

I feel for ya . The drain plugs on the TX/XS Yamaha 650's come out with a 3 foot 1/2" drive breaker bar and an additional 3 foot of pipe slipped over for cheat . Usually sounds like a gunshot when they let go . And that's the "normal" deal .

And make sure you dont strip the thread putting it back in for the first time in 29 years :)

And here I am With a drain plug that has probably been stripped for about that long.

I probably should safety wire that plug, or put a cork in it...
