Re: kafesaki by grga ['81_kZ 750e] - first (assembling) experience

This thing is just going to look mean! I swear you must shit gold bricks by the ton. The amount of time, energy, and most important, money that is being put into this bike is mind-blowing. Do you have your own shop or something? Not many of us have a tire mounting machine just sitting in the corner of the garage, HA! But this thing is looking great so far, keep it up.

grga - I am curious about the hole pattern on your brake discs, can you explain the logic behind this arrangement?

Crazy

OH MY FUCKING GOD!!!!!

your english is very good. your welding, frame modifications, attention to detail and quality of workmanship are inhuman.

Ha! I was wondering about this too. Seemed a bit random to me.

thats the same pattern as on my friends 82 kz750 rotor. i guess its factory. I always thought it was weird. maybe its for some sort of balancing or to reduce harmonics or something. Im just pulling reasons out of my ass here, but they almost sound good, laugh.

I only cleaned these holes , hole pattern is original factory product..in another forums, i've read that are holes drilled thus because of the noise reduction at time of braking :-\

!yes, same hole pattern on braking area .. these are original brake rotors from my KZ wheels, but those has seven holes for bolts.. GPZ's wheels has 6 bolts

great work on the original shock, it looks great. Those AG Strada shocks are very cool. Ive never seen anyone dismantle shocks before, let alone rebuild them.

You Sir are truly a craftsman! I can't imagine how much time and effort must be going into the planing of this build, I can't wait to see the final product 8)
