Hey guys... I've been lurking for a week or so... thought I'd take a minute to say Hi and introduce myself. (since the boss is at lunch and i can type freely).
I'm in Kansas City, MO. I see quite a few old cafe's running around the city, although I only know a few other people who ride them. We even have a shop here called cafe racer, inc .
Right now I'm working on a 1980 kz750 Kaw twin. Hopefully she'll be alive again this weekend with the new parts. I've alot of 'project' bikes in the past, mostly honda. I built a 72 cb750 chopper a couple years ago(not really my thing, but easy to build), and am looking for another cb750 project for the long cold winter here. (to cafe out, of course)
If anyone near KC is on the board, say hi, and let me know if you know of any snotters lurking in someones barn. Nice forum. I like it here.
