Keihin stock carbs vs. mikuni

I have a 72' cl350.
Just wondering if folks think the mikuni sliders make a big difference versus the stock carbs?

Thanks!

Depends what you mean by a big difference?
If you use 32mm it will give slightly higher max speed and MAY have better acceleration.
You may spend a lot of time jetting them properly though.
30mm work better in most cases.
Really, the only disadvantage of stock carbs is the difficulty modifying them to run with pod filters (plus the cost of diaphragms when they break)
I'm using stock Kei-Hin even though I have a set of Mikuni roundslides (and a set of smoothbores for my XS650 8) )
I know how they work and what to modify though, I'll put a kit together when I can for CB360 owners (if there's enough interest) ;)

Keihin vs. Mikuni? They are just 2 different companies. Both work well. For instance, All 70's Kawasaki's came with Mikuni's. Honda's came with Keihin's. Mikuni's seem to be anjoying a celebrity status around here. If interesetd, check out some of the Keihin performance carbs. Either way, if you have a stock bike, the money's better spent on other mods like a cam/springs/pistons/exhaust. After these are done, a larger carb WILL make a difference.

Appreciate the help guys.
I'm running into issues with my stock Keihins...
And they could be shot. I've heard/seen a lot about the Mikunis...I guess I'm asking about their advantage/disadvantages over stock and for a 350 engine.
(Which I realize you all mostly answered)

Any advice welcome
