Kickstart spindle replacement

hey, anybody know how to replace the kickstart spindle/shaft on a 360t?
any help on the steps would be great....thanks!

You have to split the cases.
Takes me about 2~3 hrs, but, I have done a lot of them

I haven't had the pleasure yet, but what's exactly wrong with the current one?

the shaft broke right at the toothed end...where kickstart lever attaches to it!
