The lowers have been semi-polished and look pretty good. They do not appear to leak and I was told the oil has been replaced somewhat recently.
The dust seals should be replaced. They are the shiny set in the pictures - not the nasty looking ones from my bike. I took pictures of the caliper mounting holes in relation to the axle. These are intended for forward mounted calipers and the fender mount is in the rear.
