KZ200 - Simple little one lunger

Thanks for the compliments guys. I promised an update on the jetting. Stock main is a 105. I started with a 112 and fouled a plug going around the block. I went down to a 110 and the same thing happened. In the end, I'm back down to the stock 105 with the clip in the centre position so I'm a bit confused. I have a pod filter and a glass-pack on it and it doesn't really move any more air? The one thing I haven't done is a spark plug check at WOT, but after a short ride last night the plug looks like this:

I'm thinking the jet holder is worn out and it's running richer than it should but because it's moving more air, it happens to work out. Thoughts?

As long as it works out it's prob. cool. You might be living at the right altitude for your particular setup.BOTM and your jetting just falls into place, how nice for you........ ;D

That looks real lean to me. The part you judge a spark plug on is the porcelain element in the middle. It should be tan.

If you really want to see what your looking like a WOT you can cut the plug up.
