KZ400 carb swap

I have a 77 KZ400 and the stock CV Carbs are completely shot. So I'm switching them out for the Mikuni Round slides (VM series). Which size would I need? I know they flow much better so I should go smaller than the 32's that are already on there. Would VM30's do the trick? Or should I go smaller to 28? Going to run pods straight out and ditch the air box. Also, does anyone know which size mounting flanges work? Is it the 57.2mm or the 60mm (bolt to bolt center)

Google search "kz carb swap kits" I found a ready to go kit..... I forget where I saw it but it was only a few days ago
It was jetted correctly and came with the pods. I'll Try to find it for ya
