Once you remove the rear fender it will look so lean. I am not criticizing but your front fender looks odd and takes away from your bike.

Well after much consideration I made a taillight mount and removed the fender. I must agree,it looks much better.

I like it much better without the back fender as well. As far as the paint goes, I think it looks pretty good. I'd wait until....Well.....Doesn't.

Nice stable, too.

On a Kawi is the front fender actually an important brace in the same way that it is on a CB?
and by removing the brace you are negatively affecting the handling

Hi,

IMO, Ducktail looks way too long on it's own.

If you want to keep the ducktail you should go completely stock (including the seat which is over stuffed). The factory pretty much got it right.

A kz650 tail looks good on the KZ900/1000.
I'll look for a picture of one...

The one thing the long ducktail does is make you want to extend the swingarm. I had the cast wheels on mine and i swear it didnt look as long. Sounds stupid but it did. Looks great man, do what you want.
