No, this isn't for any of my cafe projects, but I think its still applicable to show you all how easy leather is to work with.
This seat is for my chop. The seat pan is 11 guage, and the foam is a Walmart yoga pad.
I wanted this seat to be tuck and roll, but I really like working with leather and molding it, so I thought what the hell, I'll do my take on tuck and roll!
The pictures pretty much speak for themselves
Layout the spacing
Cut the foam strips
Glue them on with Super 77
Cut the upper and lower leather patterns out
Wet the leather, glue, stretch and pull!
Then dye that shit
Tomorrow I'll take it and get it stitched up at my man Robert's shoe repair. Then trim down the edges to the stitching and finish the edges and she'll be ready!
