Let's see your non cafe racer electric tray

I need ideas on how to arrange all the electric components + wires under my seat.
I dont have a "bum stop" seat just a flat seat with some space under it, in which i need to install:
anti gravity 4 cell battery
big r\r
Suzuki ignitor
starter relay
fuse block
2 Relays
Flasher unit
it's about 2" deep from under the seat pan

That's some quality craftsmanship. Electrical is annoying if you don't know what you are doing.

There are three relays there, low beam, hi beam, and horn. The cylindrical object is an air horn. Next to the relays is the flasher.

Inside is the CDI box and voltage regulator. The voltage regulator is no longer there. When I juiced up the charging system, the ElecrtroSport VR wouldn't fit in there, so it is now on the rear fender behind the battery box.

alpha dog , a nice set up, i also have a gs450. i getting ready to build a trey for mine also. where did you put your battery, and a pic if you could. and should i upgrade any of the charging system ?

I am still using the stock battery box.

I did have to upgrade the charging system. Went with the Electrosport stator and voltage regulator after I cooked the OEM stator. Never had a problem with weak battery after that, even with the upgraded lighting.

This is really smooth, did you do the tray yourself? Or was it bolt on?

i designed it on the computer then had it laser cut, hand bent and welded to the frame.
