Little battery

Anybody run a small battery, like from a 50CC scooter. I'm looking for a smaller battery to put in my seat hump and this would be much cheaper than a sealed battery and small enough to still mount upright....

I bought one of these batteries from JC Whitney, I don't remember the size, but it's small compared to stock.

I just bought a yb4-la, has to be mounted upright, TINY....3 lbs. 4ah should be enough for a kick start only, and i've been told above 2.5 ah is good enough for running a headlight and signal light for a few minutes at a stop light.

I have it in my truck, its 11 at night right now, i'll get the dimensions for you tomorrow and post them up. I wanted it today, the closest place in stock wanted the most money...60 bucks.

***OK HERES THE DIMENSIONS***

4.75" wide
2.75" thick
3.375 " tall

cool, thanks for the advice...I found this little scooter battery at a mom and pop garden center in town and it's $25. I'll check it out and see what happens..

I checked the Yuasa site and it lists the Kawi KLR600 as a user of this battery so it certainly should be enough for a smaller kick only bike.
