long time coming...

Good stuff Troy. I'm trying to sell off my bike so I can get something better for me and girl to ride together on.

Thanks John. I absolutely love riding with my wife. It really has been like a whole new chapter has opened up for us. If you can manage a 2 up bike to travel on I don't think you'll regret it one bit.
However, as practical as my rig is I have to admit I am drooling over doing something like this (would keep my trailer, would have to have some sort of mufflers, and maybe some quick release bags):

Yeah, I've pretty much come to the conclusion that I need to own more than one motorcycle. One for the two of us to take trips on and another for me to tinker with. I've got my bike up for sale with that in mind. Hopefully someone with some cash comes along soon.

In the words of a friend, "Its a great thing to ride these old bikes, even more beautiful when our temporary monkey fix repair keeps ya going. " or at least it went something like that.
Haha was that you at Deals?

Great stories. 8) I just wish my wife would ride with me. Not gonna happen. :p

Enjoy what you've got folks! Life's too short not to!! 8)

You know I am a fan, sir. If'n y'all ever feel like riding up my way, let me know. Kelsey and I would love to meet y'all for some lunch/dinner/whatever.

Troy that is awesome!!! spending time with my wife in the saddle is some of our best time spent together... one thing i would HIGHLY recomend for the both of you... a windshield... makes such a big difference for passenger/driver comfort... and we all know the happier that they are the longer we can ride! hahaha congrads and safe rides to the two of you!
