Looking for a new "Apartment" bike in Chicagoland area..

I am in the hunt for a new bike to make into more of a "Art" piece than anything for my apartment here in Chicago.
What I am looking for is something small(er), complete, stock, etc. Dont care if it runs or not or even if it has a title.
As long as the bike is all their, and gives me a solid platform to do my thing too.
