That's where I took the image from. $40... I could have a few more useful tools for that price. Heck, could I borrow one from somebody? I never have to take these things apart!
Have you considered making one? A cut off wheel, the right socket and a lot of care and patience will do it - I've made a fair number of similar ones. Can't say it's not $40.00 worth of pain in the ass though. Only way I'd do it these days with everything so easy to find on the interweb is if I just couldn't wait for it. If the fastener takes a lot of torque you are probably better of buying or borrowing - because if it has to endure a lot, you have to make a very precise tool.
