Been Around the Block
Hows it going guys
These last few months trying to get into school have been stressful to say the least but after all of my trouble, my financial aid was screwed up and my classes were unable to be paid for. I was enrolling into the motorcycle mechanics program at Davidson county community college and due to my student aid mix up I was dropped from the roster.
Im 20 years old and just moved to the Greensboro area from Wilmington NC. I have been working on old yamahas and hondas for about 3 years and I took some classes down in Wilmington to learn to weld. I still want to go to school for my diploma in this field but I'm sick of jumping through the diplomatic hoops of the educational system. I just want to get my hands dirty!
Is there anyone out here who needs some help around they're shop? From welding frames and hardtails, custom wiring harnesses, and basic engine repair to cleaning, running errands, and answering phones... I don't care what the task is, I just want to work. Im young and very determined to make a career out of my passion and I want to learn everything I can.
Im just trying to make something out of nothing instead of waiting another year to get a piece of paper. Please pm me with any opportunities that may be out there.
