Looking to possibly buy a CB 350 Frame

I'm trying to get my 350 project titled, but it came from a non-title state. I've run the VIN and it's clear and clean, but MA is a very stuffy state and require a previous registration or old title, both of which I don't have.

I'm entertaining the idea of buying a frame from someone who has either a title or an old registration. Just thought I'd ask here if anyone has one for sale.

I would also take a complete CB350 with a title, but I prefer to keep cost as low as possible.
