Would like some reviews. Does it simplify rewiring the bike. Is it grounded to the bike? What ate the advantages.

This has been discussed a few times - good thread here:

I read that thread. Not really any feedback from people using the m-unit. I want to hear from someone using it. Did it simplify the wireing process, was it worth the money.

Kanticoy installed one on his bimmer. I don't have a link but I know he was a fan. That's all the endorsement I need.

Yes, it simplifies the wiring quite a bit. You don't need to splice many wires together. Mostly, everything runs from thing directly to the unit. With the M-Button addition you'll have a single wire leading between the M-Unit and the front end. Another major advantage is built-in (automatically resetting) electronic fusebox and alarm system. German made, super small (the size of a pack of smokes), looks awesome, a lot of add-ons and is rather invincible. Much better than relying on an old vintage wiring loom. If you're looking to compare it by price, to a fully redone simplified wiring loom I guess I wouldn't call it the most objective decision. You're mostly buying it because it's really cool. Also, if your build happens to be super minimalist and exposed wiring would impede your style then in that case you really don't have much of a choice.

The M-Unit is cool, but you're not really getting the full benefit without the M-Button. It's an investment, but it is some pretty cool tech.
