Been Around the Block
Hey guys,
I'm new to the board, but I've been lurking for a while. Great stuff on here, I've been drooling over your projects for a long time.
I decided it's finally time to post some pics, even though my project is only roughly started. Time and money prevent me from getting as much done as quickly as I would like. So far it's a mild cafe job, I commute 2 hours, more or less, every day, so it has to be somewhat comfortable. Thus, no clip-ons or rearsets yet.
First off, the seat/tail combo are my own fabrication, haven't decided yet if they'll make the final cut, but they do the trick for now. The gauges are gone completely, substituted with a Sigma bicycle computer. Makes for a nice clean front end. The temporary paint is a rattle can job. Again, it gets me by for now.
