I am a new owner of a 72 CB350 ( I had a 68 25 years ago but got rid of it :( ) and I am looking to vent the front brake hub. I have see mesh used to cover holes drilled in hubs, chain cover etc. my question is how what type of mesh do you use and how do you attach it? Thanks for you input.

you can buy stainless steel mesh on ebay. you wont need very much. most people cut it into squares a little bigger than the whole, and use JB weld or epoxy to hold it in place from the inside.

It's actually much easier to get 1-1/2" soffit vents

I've done the shaped mesh thing with JB Weld, it's messy but can be made to look good
