OK, maybe a major setback
Last evening a flash flood hit my street, dumping 2 feet of water in the basement, and probably a foot in the garage. The setback, guess where all of the parts for my 500T were? You guessed it, the garage and basement. Fortunately, my wife had the sense to pick up all of the stuff in the basement, while I was stuck at work. She saved the carbs, tank, forks, rear shocks, and other small bitses...the frame, well, I couldn't expect her to deadlift that to put it on higher ground. The garage...that's a different story. Just about all of my nuts and bolts are now coated in a slimy mud. The engine was on the floor, in a corner. The top end stayed dry, but the bottom got a nice mud bath. Guess my difficult task, just got a bit more difficult. Now, to find time to clean everything.
So...where's the cheapest place to get replacement nuts and bolts, since I no longer know what went where?
