some framework..
the seat fastener and the tank mounting bracket...the first idea was canceled to a nicer version, with the effect that i can use the stock frontrubbers from the seat :)

by the way i recycled a pair of broken GSX-R footrest for my project. they would fit perfect on the original subframe later, the rests are from my former RSV-Mille and fit with some modification perfect in the suzuki parts ;)

fucking cool yes ::) .... wait until u see the complete exhaust .. while i was cutting and welding the tubes yesterday my brother and me think about different silencer combinations...
And than - yeeaaahhh - i had the perfect idea...
I hope after the weekend its finished .. ;)
 
and found the perfect place for the two lovely busso "silencers"

WOW that looks killer man did you use the stock header pipes and go from there or start from nothing ?
 
hi there !
i started with nothing, bought two 180° degree pipe bends, two 90° degree for universam car equipment with sleeve coupling and one meter tube, all in 42mm outside diameter.
the silencer where old ones, only powder coated.
have a look from behind...

shit.....the rod doesn t fit!
i need 55,76 mm diameter not 55...
but therefore the perfect tool is in my hands yet :)
