Mounting a small headlight

Evening all,

One of my plans for the little GPx is a smaller, sunken headlight.
I've measure the space between the forks, which is 145mm, so a 5inch headlight should fit nicely.
Does anyone have any tips on mounting?
All the fork-mount brackets Ive seen are designed for 7inch headlights and to sit them in the normal position.
Should I just go with a bottom-mount headlight and fix it to the lower triple clamp?

When you say "sunken" do you mean set back between the forks? There's no room in there because of the headstock.

Yes - get a bottom mount headlight. It will be easier to mount and look cleaner.

Yup - thats what I meant. Ive measured it up - should be fine *touch wood*
