my little gearhead he was so excited to work on it he wouldnt even eat dinner..you can see his custom honda crf50 on the right side of the one picture. this was day 1 starting the teardown

Good stuff man! Awesome to see the kid wrenching on it with you. Take your time, do it right. Enjoy!

thanks man he loves to wrench on stuff...he learned how to change oil and his plug on his little 50 when he was 5 and then last winter we redid the plastics on his bike..were taking it real slow and trying to figure out exactly what we want the finished bike to look like thanks for the encouragement were having a blast already

so you're his helper on this build? laugh.

have a build direction picked out, or a specific bike that youre building towards?

yeah im basically his shop bitch haha!

sorta looking to do a fighter/bobber/motox bike if that makes any sense, havent fully settled on one thing yet just been kicking ideas around with my brother and little man

previous to our lunch break today we have everything except the shocks motor and font end removed..its actually going a lot smoother than i had envisioned, got a bunch of pictures to post later..we're definitely having fun with this my son was up at 7 am dressed and ready to start working right away..he had to come wake me up so we could get to it..this project is just about 3 days old and im extremely happy that i decided to do it. little man is having the time of his life wrenching with daddy and uncle mike in "our workshop" as he calls it, which is basically my moms garage because i had no other place to put the bike
