What do you mean body is worn out? Am I completely screwed on this project? I'm in college right now so I wont be working on that POS for quite a long time. So any help would be appreciated..especially if its cheap.

In picture looks like there is wear on left side, 7 to 11 o'clock positions.
You need to fit outer rotor and check clearance all the way round. (you can do it with feeler gauges)
I don't have any numbers as I don't 'do' Kawasaki's.
If it isn't oval, it may be possible to reduce side clearances by flatting cover plate with 600 wetordry on a sheet of glass and, if you can remove the locating pin, reduce depth of housing a few thou. (drive pin should slide out from drive gear shaft)
Use a straight edge across opening and check with a feeler onto rotors, you want around 0.003" max
