My new desk lamp build!

I pulled some turn signals off of an old harley scooter that I may use on my GS550 build...

Since I was already at it I grabbed the headlight and turned it into a new desk lamp, I think it turned out pretty awesome!

Yup - the shock lights are cool and have been sold for some time now. Your desk lamp is great - there's someone on Etsy selling similar lights for WAY too much money. You should start selling kits.

Did you cut/thread the pipe yourself?

Damn that is sweet. makes me want to make some cool stuff. When ever I move out, I plan on making some cool stuff. Can anyone think of anything creative to do with a straight 6 chevy valve cover from the 40s? haha

Good job on the Lamp. I got some stuff laying around, I am going to get creative. Thanks for the inspiration.

Thanks Tim! I didn't, just pieced it together...I might make another with smaller pipe and an off and on switch because this one just plugs in. I also want to try and figure out a way to make it swivel/tilt. If I do all that I may sell a couple here and there just for fun.

*it really wasn't cheap though, it cost $45 in supplies from home depot, I need to find a better source for the pipe and fittings.
