need help reading spark plugs on my 81 gs550

I finally got my bike running again after I cleaned the carbs and replaced the 2 ripped carb boots ( the 2 in the center). I have a 4 into one header with cone muffler and K & n filters and it was running okay but not perfect. I tried a different muffler which is basically a straight pipe and it didnt run well at all. It bogged way down and almost stopped running trying to move from a stop light up a slight hill.

I switched the main jets to 115's when I first got the bike and it ran okay with the ripped boots and cone muffler but I not sure what size the pilots are.

when I got it home I took the 2 out side plugs (which are brand new since I got the bike running today )out and snapped a few picks...

can some one help me read what is going on?

top spark plug, you are running LEAN on the pilot and midrange, cant see further down the ceramic tho.
bottom plug, you are running EXTREMELY RICH looks like fuel level is very high in the float.

welcome to PODS and aftermarket exhaust. put your old mufflers back on.

I'm assuming your carbs are different though (CV or VM? I dunno much about the inline 4 Suzuki's). But make sure your valves are in spec, compression checks out ok, carbs are synchronized, etc.
