bad assed, super fast and fully gassed
The storms over the last couple days wreaked havoc on my cafe project. It was covered, (i dont have a garage ) but it did no good. We had tornados, 100mph straight line winds, and 8 plus inches of rain in 24 hours. Anyway, water got into my carbs thru the pods (cover those suckers when it rains fellas!) and some (very little) got into my cylinders. No biggie, but it has completely FROZEN my number one carb. I have tried everything i can think of to free it up. I have tried PB, carb cleaner, Kroil, BRAKE FLUID, and its now sitting in Berrymans. No dice. It simply will not come loose. SO...heres the deal
I need a number one body (yes it matters) and slide from a set of VM26SS's, OR an entire rack of such. If its a rack, condition is not a big deal (so long as they arent frozen and dont have any STUCK or severely munged up air/fuel screws) as they'll be completely cleaned and rejetted anyway. These carbs are pretty common, found on all the big Zooks from 77 to 79 and the big Kaws from a lil earlier till 79. If anyone has a number one carb, or a rack, PLEASE let me know. This is ALL that i need to finish the cafe!!! Everything else is done, and i finished the brakes today and was ready for a shakedown run, and found this...very upset. So please lemme know!
Thanks
Josh
