need to borrow carb sync tool balt wash area for cb360

trying to get my cb360 running right hoping to get it done this weekend, hoping a fellow rider in the baltimore washington area can help out. my carbs are out of sync and cant find a carb synch tool locally. i can order one but it wont be here for at lest a week. looking to borrow one and possibly some expertise for a bit to get my carbs synched up. will return the favor in food, help on your project and and/or the adult beverages of your choice.
