So I bought some new gauges from Dimecity and threw them on my 1980 CB650 , but can't seem to get the neutral light to work? Also all my blinkers are blinking when I switch one or the other on? Anyone have any idea about fixing these problems?
Neutral is probably a miss-wire or a faulty relay / neutral switch - did it work before?
For the blinkers - you've just gone from two wires to the display with an on-board diode to one wire and competed the circuit for both sides whenever you complete it for one. You need to add some diodes before the single wire going to the gauge.
Can't remember if the neutral light worked earlier. Just have to trace the neutral wire to the switch/relay I guess. Adding the diode to the circuit sounds easy enough. I'll give that a try.
