the worst customer service i have ever had in my life! made an order on the 5th, never got it. called they said they are waiting on a part. i was pissed that no one let me know what was going on, they said they would ship out ASAP, and they would let me know the tracking number... 3 days go by, still has not shipped, asked to speak to manager after holding for 2 fn hours!!!! nothign no call back or nothing, now i get an email telling me not only is it my fork seals it is also the wheel bearings! unreal! the lady i talked to waas all about making excuses how some people want their stuff fast others slow, WTF is that!!!! then she just talks over me every time i try to explain where i am coming from, they tell me there is shipping problems, chat problems and comunication problems... unreal just a horrible company to work with, never use them again

I have sent over 5 emails to them asking for an explaination as to why i was not informed, why a manger has not called me, why i have been lied to over and over... this is the response i get!

I am very sorry about this discrepancy in our inventory.

this is after being promised that my parts where on the way!!!!!!

Wow...that sucks Joe. I haven't had any experience with them.

I recommend using TAS Classic Motorsports. They are in Wabash, Indiana so it would probably be quick shipping time to your door

I never ordered but I inquired about some parts and so I'm on their email list. everyday they are sending things out about better communication. If a company is doing that you know that there is an issue.

Sorry about the hassle Joe.

Same thing happened to me over a frigging set of UNI filters. Finally got them like 3 weeks later. Same excuse too. They also got slammed in the latest issue of Cafe Racer Magazine. The editors said they will no longer accept their advertisements.

I am not a fan of cafe racer mag either though, in one issue the editor described how he loathed internet forums on cafe racers and other related forums.....To me though, he just wants his hand in the money when cafe becomes the next fad, and all the lawyers and doctors are buying old bike and sending them to a shop that slaps on a bunch of billet parts from a catalog......just saddens me...and that mag is doing nothing but promoting that very event!

I know a lot of people here will prosper from this event, and I will be happy to see thier success, but I will not be happy to see the fad come and go...then us real rockers be left looking like has been douche bags!

To me it's kinda like porn. I love the pictures but only read about 1/3 of the articles. The forum comment rubbed me the wrong way too. Still, for a guy who relies on advertising money, it must mean something to turn the cash down. OBB had multiple large ads in there. They have a TV show in the works also, I hear.

I once ordered a seat from them. Ordered in February and received in August!!!!! Kept telling me that it was on back order, when I could get them to respond to an e-mail. Only got through by phone once. I learned my lesson.

I got four months of next week when I bought my exhaust.

Just ask the guys at DCC, They have hooked me up with a few things not on there standard list. Most of my orders for anything motorcycle will go through them first.

JRK, i had the same problem. i put a dispute in w/ my credit card and emailed obb to let them know to cancel my order. they shipped out my order w/in 5 days (even though they said it was shipped in 3 days).

I will not use them again! Especially w/ DCC's incredible customer support.

Word, DCC's got the best support iv'e ever seen, had some hassle with a new bank account and they traced my money and everything. Nice bunch o' guys :)

I had the same kind of problem with old bike barn. Before placing the order they said they had it in stock in their warehouse. After it didn't come and didn't come I called back and was told that it was "in stock" in their overseas warehouse. I canceled the order but they refused to refund the full amount. I won't order from them again.
Dime city will always be my first choice now
