New B- looking for my next project

From Central CA USA; I Go by Swankster when it relates to motorcycles!
I am looking for the right new project bike to create a cafe'.
My last project sold and REGRET was a HD based Sportster. See attached pics
Not sure if i want to stay with a V twin or in line multi-cylinder. Hard to go with a small cc bike as more power (hp) always gets to me.
Anyways, really looking forward to seeing other ridesz and or projects and tips.

I too sold my Sportster, also with a bit of regret. Haven't been on XLF in a couple years now I'd say.
