New guy around Cleveland

I'm in North Olmsted-West side of Cleveland, just joined the other day, been lurking for a while. I'm an admin. over at the XS650Garage site and TinTin pointed this site out to us. Excellent find. I have a 1976 XS650C that I rescued a few years back that will hopefully become a true Brit style cafe this winter. Nothing fancy, just a stripped down bare essentials only, low bar, hump back seat twin. My current daily ride is another classic Yamaha, 1980 XS850SG. For those unfamiliar, it's a 3 cylinder, shaft drive Jap suedo cruiser from the disco days. Not my usual taste, but I just couldn't pass it up. Any way, I look forward to stopping in periodically and will hopefully post pics of the finished bike by spring!

I've been thinking about another project lately and I'm being pursuaded towards an xs650!!
