Thanks very much to my friend Andy(andrew21502) I have received a 73 CB350.
My plan is to turn it into a bobber for as cheap as possible, so a rat bobber if you will.
Any advice is greatly appreciated and I'll see you around the site!

You first must build a time machine just kidding i know what you ment welcome

CB350 four right? Tough frame to "bob", but it can be done. I love a good bobber or chopper and have put a couple together so if ya need a hand, let me know. The 350/four motor could really be a neat base. Any pics of bikes similar to the end result you're after?

Cool. You want to go full on chopper. Again, the 70s Honda frames are tough to hardtail but it's possible. Another option is to find an aftermarket chop frame and go from there. There are always a few nice ones on EBay for eeasonable prices.

I would very much like to do it myself. But if I do mess it up I can always fall back to the ebay frames like you said.

Rad. That's the way to go. Just make sure you're welding skills are up to snuff and build a proper jig to keep it all straight. Check out BradJs TT500 chop build. Some good insight there on how to hardtail a frame that was never meant to be hardtailed.

Good thing hes only a few miles from me... :p

Nope Cumberland is the epicenter of allegany county the farther you from it ya get the more dip shits you gotta deal with and the colder it gets. Drive to fsu once or Garrett county and then tell me I'm wrong.

I know... I was just saying I'd rather not be in Allegany county.

Whatever you do... If Brad ever has any of your parts in his basement DO NOT LET HIM HAVE ANY HAMMERS.

Never really saw an answer... is it a twin or a four cylinder?
I may be wrong on the twin, but I don't think they produced either in 75... Does it still have the decal on the neck?
The 350Four was 72-74... (the last year actually being left-over 73's) when it was replaced by the CB400F. And I thought the 350 twin was replaced by the 360 in 73.
I know it's splitting hairs, but will make your parts search much easier if you are looking for a bike that actually exists.

Its a twin 73' not a 75'. I don't know if it has the decal on the neck since it isn't here yet. I hope to get it Monday, I can give you the vin number if you know how to decipher them. CB350G4101965

But then, I do that pretty well all on my own. ;)

I think the CB350G... pretty much locks it in as a '73.
