Welcome Ryan! Mobile, AL here. I lived in Montgomery when I was younger and attended Capitol Heights and Robert E Lee. I'm not going to able to make Barber's(unless things change), But I'm always looking to meet more cool people that are into the cafes as well. :)

Thanks guys! i cant wait til barbers this year hopefully this will be my first year bringing a bike. Normally im looking for things to buy but because I have so many irons in the fire i promised myself i wouldn't buy any bikes but ill have friends there so if i end up getting something i can still get it home. @matt ill be making some day trips that way probably in the spring we should get up and maybe ride a little.

I also went to Capital Heights but I was bused to Jeferson Davis while all of my friends went to Lee.
Didn't Capital Heights burn down like 30 years ago?

Sorry you must be talking about the Junior High School I went to the elementary school back before it burned down.

I grew up in the area back behind the Eastdale Mall when there was no Eastdale Mall use the ride my bicycle around the wooded area before it was built. But we moved bak there when that entire area was brand new and they had just built our house on Fieldbrook Drive.

I also lived in the area behind Eastdale Mall. Haha. But I lived there in the mid 90s. If you went west on Wares Ferry from where you lived, and turned right onto Burbank, that is the neighborhood I lived in. But I'm not sure if all of that was there back then. Lol. I used to by my baseball cards at Ray's card shop right there on the corner.

The funny thing is i live in Capital Heights! I bought a house over here about 5-6 years ago...... right before the market crashed. lets just say i owe more then its worth and cant get out of it unfortunately.
