New member in Baltimore

Hi,
I've lurked on here a bit so thought it was finally time to join. I'm a Brit in Baltimore and before I moved to the US I had a 58 Triton and lived about 8 miles from the Ace. I blame Mark Wilsmore for getting me into the whole Cafe Racer scene!
I'm just finishing a CB750 Cafe Racer, she's called "The Ton Up Pirate" since I got decals for my speedo and tacho from Carpy. 4 into 1 pipe, seat and tank by Benjie, Raaske rearsets etc etc.
I'll probably put the Honda up for sale when it's fully sorted (I'll put some pictures up soon) as I want to start work on my OIF 79 Bonneville and I need cash and space!
If anyone knows of a Cafe Racer scene in Baltimore I would love to hear about it and yes, I will be at Mods and Rockers in August.

Hey man,

I'm also in Baltimore, and I recently acquired a 1977 kz400 which I plan to cafe. I was looking for Baltimore contacts to help me out with my bike (tools, knowledge, ideas, etc.), and I came across this post. I saw that you also have a Daytona; I have a 2002 VFR800. Do you have any interest in going on a "modern" bike ride and discussing my cafe plans with me?
