Coast to Coast
Howdy everybody!
I'm a long time enthusiast and mod-er, but new to DTT.
Currently the stable is:
77 KZ900A5 that is a long way from stock
80 GL500 Silverwing project (boring project to hopefully fund the more fun projects)
78 GL400 (japanese market) that will be getting the cafe treatment
60 BMW R60 (long term resto project)
Here is an older pic of the 900 with many of the mods spelled out:
This was about 10 years ago. Still going strong.
This bike is now Silver and will soon be getting a La Parisienne fairing from Australia and a "Mad Max MFP" treatment.
I used to live in Adelaide SA, and now work in Chapel Hill.
My ancestral home is Columbus, Ohio (OSU for undergrad, TBDBITL alum as well) Once upon a time I wrenched for a salvage yard in CMH called the Rice Paddy.
I very much look forward to getting to know this board community.
