U.S. I told my dad about your sig. last night and he almost fell out of his chair laughing so hard. I then had to hear about old Beasers and Triumphs breaking down on him in his younger days!!!

Gotchya... Yeah, Lucas gets a rough time, some desirved, but most is in jest. I'd would have loved to hear your Dads stories. I have more than my share for back in the day.
Is the bike in your avatar yours? Good looker...appears to be a Honda C model, 650 or 750 by the tank shape and the Comstars.

Hey HD,
Some of the stories of Lucky Lucas had me appreciating the modern conveniences! He was stationed in Italy and France before I was born and had many cool bikes. When I was a toddler and was having a restless night, he would put me on the tank of a Suzuki GS750 and ride around the block until I fell asleep! The dept. of family and children services would have him locked up for doing that these days (part of the sig.line).. I began riding at the age of four on a RM50 and have loved the sport ever since. The avatar pic is of a bike I traded for a few weeks back. I had a Kawasaki ZX-6R with many mods and decided that going 150mph every day is NOT necessary! As a result, I began looking at late 70s and early 80s cafes. I found this one locally and have only put a few miles on it since the holidays were here. There is a show in Ocala FL this Friday at the National Parts Depot Museum that my dad is taking his hot rod to, so I thought I would tag along and set up next to him with the 81 Honda CB750C. This winter I am planning on relocating a smaller battery to behind the rear seat and possibly placing a set of 900 cams into the motor...

I KNEW IT!
Congrats from another '81 CB750C owner.

Would be cool to meet up with your Pops for a few old War Stories, sounds to me like he brought you up right! ;)

Looks like you have quite a collection also! Just checked out your CB, nice ride. Yeah, he's quite a 'hot rod' that has given me guidance over the years!
Later.

HD,
In another post, I read the following but am unable to locate the manual for the CB750C .

I posted links to a free download of the Factory Service Manual for our DOHC 750s here in the Technical Documents section, if you don't already have it, I strongly suggest downloading it.

Any help would be appreciated!
