New (old) Helmets

Cocked, Locked, and ready to Rock.
Howdy everyone. Picked up a few long neglected helmets from our Vermont house this weekend and would love them in a wearable condition. They are currently very much not wearable but i think they look bangin. Anyone know where I can get a helmet refurb'd these days? Im more than happy to ship them and pay. The red helm says "NORCON" on the back and the other is nameless except for "El Dorado 77" on the back

Those are boss lids you got. I've never heard of anyone refurbishing old helmets on a professional level. Since they are well out of date no legit motorcycle shop will touch them. I've refoamed several helmets myself with good results. Not quite factory spec but a helluvalot better than bare styrofoam against your skull and crumbs stuck in your hair. PM me if you're interested.

There is a woman named Debiie who does helmet relining. Now --please note: altho I have talked with her several times I have never actually used her services. She seems to have experience and said the approximate cost is between $60 and $80 with a $20 material deposit... She also said that the time it takes will depend on the condition of the helmet /as it needs total cleaning before she works on it. She told me that you send her the helmet-- at 515 E. Denneys Road, Dover, DE 19901 with the deposit .If she cannot do the helmet, she will use to return it, along with the deposit. She also told me in a different email that "Additional cost will total from $60. to $75, but not more, including shipping it back to you." Her email address is: Debbee Debbee's Place <debbeesplace@msn.com>. Hope this helps / Please post info on how it works out~?
