Just thought I share my bike.
79 Yamaha XS1100
so far it has a 99 Hayabusa front end, and a Triumph Triple Speed Single swingarm in the backend, and it has been converted to Chain driven instead of Shaft Driven,
Currently it's in the shop getting new clutch and gears replaced, so I thought I go ahead and do a overhaul on it.
Replace the front end with 2011 hayabusa front end, completely strip down getting it powdercoated, and also new Tank and Fender made. Hopefully I will have new pics up within a month or so.

wow ... after shoveling some snow off the sidewalks and cleaning my car off, this bike pic made my day lol. CANNOT wait to ride again ... damn midwest winters.

That sucks!! The worst part for me is the weather has been extremely nice here in TX, but my bike is in the shop getting rebuild, so I've been itching to ride for a few months now!! that's even more sad!

here's a quick video of one of my project with my bike, there will be a full video story coming soon..

Thank you!! I really like the clean line of things and antique plate always help with the Smog! ha haa..
here's a view from the front and back.

whoa, that is nice, and very minimalist. well done.

how hard was the swingarm conversion? Ive got a cbr954 front end on my cb360 and have been wanting to go single sided in the back for a while.

Thank you!! I actually purchased the bike that was already built like that. I think the original owner was from Okalahoma, and when I had it disassemble, it looks like it was running a spacer on one side on the linkage. It fit really nicely, he had to do some modification to mount the shocks. here's a pic of the frame when it's bare.
