Cool man was trying to pick up a old KAW 175 to do the same thing but dont look like its going to happen. both your bikes look in good shape ! keep posting pics of what your doing and good luck ! and welcome to DTT
Looking good so far. Really like that front wheel and the white fork tubes. The low front end still looks a little sketchy to me. How much clearance do you have up front? An unexpected dip in the road could end badly and painful. I would probably raise it another 2 inches.
Changing your seat out for one with a lower profile will also give your bike a lower look
the bike rides great ive drove it around to work and back... ive prob put around 100 miles on it since i lowered it, in town and country roads. ive hit holes, train tracks and all testing it and its great.
I plan on changing out the seat, just saving pennies... Anyone know where i can get a nice seat for it and any suggestions on what kind of seat would look good on it?
dont think they make one just for that bike . might need to make one or take the seat off and get your tape measure out and go from there....know there are a few talented guys on here who could help you along . hurrican7 is makeing a nice seat for yams his thread might help you
