Hey guys, great board! ;D

I've been lurking for quite awhile and really love the feedback you guys and gals give each other. I've been riding for almost 10 years and have had a few bikes, but only one right now (96 Gpz 1100).

I really like the bobbers ive been seeing online and I'm looking to start my own project soon. I'm having a hard time pulling the trigger on a base bike. I've looked at other bikes but really I'm convinced the xs650 is my best bet, just can't seem to fine one in my price range and one that doesn't disappear overnight :

Welcome to DTT!

Ya, the XS has become one of the real "it" bikes over the past few years. Tough to find one in good shape for a decent price. Keep looking though, as deals are out there. We just grabbed one with title, in running condition for $300.
