Just came across this on eBay. No idea if it's any good or what size it is, but it looks perfect for a cefé bike and the price is nice. Anybody have one of these?

I do and so do a few others. It is a nice shape and perfect size for a sub 250 bike. I started to modify mine to fit a CB160 frame, but it's a PIA to fit any double top tube frame. I also need to change the fuel tap location to let it fit over the two top rails. It works best on a single backbone tube frame. And there are lots of those around.

Would probably work best on a CB175 or CB200 or maybe a GT185 Suzuki or CS3/5 Yamaha. I have seen one stretched over a CX500 with lots of steel work and onto an RD350 with notches cut in the frame, but that's hardly an ideal solution.

I like the shape though and painted red with a pair of Honda racing stripes it sorta looks like a sixties racer - which is what a cafe racer is supposed to look like, isn't it?

You've got that exactly right.
