Nighthawk Newb

Hey guys!
I'm a newby on my first bike. I bought a fully original Honda Nighthawk CB250, which is a seriously solid bike.
One thing I'm having trouble with is a rattle in my exhausts. There seems to be an inner wall and an outer wall inside the header which have become detached from each other, causing a racket. It's livable, but I was wondering if anyone has any ideas on how to fix this.
On a related note, does anyone know if other Honda exhausts will fit on my engine? I've been keeping an eye out for parts bikes on Craigslist, but I don't know what would be compatible.

Thanks for the help!

Your rattle is probably the heat shield located at the header to muffler transition. Those loosen up pretty often. You may have a rusty baffle inside the muffler too. If you're looking to swap mufflrrs just measure the OD of the headers and select the appropriate universal slipons from your favorite parts supplier.
