I don't know who he is but I do know the bike, I love that build and can even handle the benelli tank LOL.

LOL, i know who he is now. the instagram link didn't work. I have not seen the walking Dead yet, not on any of my channels.

Plot twist. Classified Moto only ever made one bike, and got it photographed with a bunch of different people.
 
At first glance there are differences in her and the bike Norman is sitting on.

Headlight is different in size and has covers on them
No mesh screen under the headlights
Different front tire
Tank badge is round, different
Exhaust coming out on right side instead of the left like hers
No single sided swing arm

Edit: Yup. different bike, close though!
