Re: Northern Lights possible tonight/tomorrow in not-so-northern latitudes...
Hahaha, Sorry guys. I've lived within view of them for my whole life. Nothing special there for me. Now, riding to work beside palm trees? Yes, that would be cool.

Not all its cracked up to be on some days man... sand in the face really sucks, as well as the torrential rain that comes out of nowhere while the sun is out too.

Awsome!
Thanks for the heads up. My wife is dyeing to see northern lights. Everytime we go camping all she wants to do is go for a walk to the beach to stair up at the sky... I rather sit by the fire and drink. Anyway perhaps tonight's the night. This could score me some brownie points and cash to blow on the bike!

Oh well... Even if I squint real hard I can't see Chicago from here ;D
The wife has been wanting to go to Alaska to see the Northern Lights. Thought this might save me from a trip to "freeze my fuzzy white southern ass off" land ;D
Quite true... although I don't really miss living in palm tree land, the blue ridge mountains are the best methinks. And yeah, northern lights are cool, id love to see then again..
