We came up with some stretched bags, that matched the 39" Cholo pipes I had installed,and a wide, stretched duckbill fender to match the bags. I got it all here earlier this week. The bags are a direct bolt on--there is an adapter kit for that. Here is a prelim of how the whole thing will set up:

The problem was the fender. This whole setup was actually intended for the Road King chassis, which is wider, and spaced front-to-back differently than the softail. You can see this in how the fender fits in this pic:
Now I am contouring the whole thing with some filler, and can get on with the paintwork. Not much so far, but its a start...
I am not a bagger kinda guy but that is VERY COOL!
